Request a consultation.
Consultations are without charge. Retainers are provided in writing before any attorney-client relationship is formalized. The firm accepts new matters by appointment.
By appointment.
The Linder Law Group maintains its chamber on the Upper East Side. Client meetings are conducted by appointment; the firm does not maintain walk-in hours. Off-site meetings — at a treating physician's office, at a client's home during recovery, at a witness's place of business — are arranged where the file requires it.
The firm's telephone is answered by a member of the firm during regular business hours. Voicemail messages left outside business hours are returned within one business day. New-matter inquiries submitted through the form on this page are routed directly to Mr. Linder.

Tell us briefly about the matter.
Every inquiry is confidential.
The firm treats every inquiry as confidential regardless of whether an attorney-client relationship results. Information disclosed in a consultation is protected under the attorney-client privilege as codified at CPLR §4503, and information disclosed in a preliminary inquiry is treated with the same care.
If a conflict of interest precludes the firm from representing you, the firm will decline the matter and — where possible — refer you to appropriate counsel. In no event will the firm use information disclosed in a preliminary consultation to your disadvantage.
